Rotary International (RI) has a long and successful history of providing services to youth.  Compliance with Rotary District 7570's Youth Protection Policy requires that each club require that all volunteers participating, advising or chaperoning in RYLA complete and pass a background check.  Volunteers are defined as any adults involved with RYLA who have a supervisory role or have significant interaction with students.  This includes, but is not limited to RYLA organizers, chaperones, and drivers. Background checks must be completed annually and must be done through RI regardless of whether the adult has already had a background check with a different agency.

Adults should complete the background check form here.  Please note that upon receipt, the District Youth Protection Officer will forward the background request by email to PeopleTrail.  PeopleTrail will then send an email to the recipient with a secure link to a website to submit further information. Please be on the lookout from an email from PeopleTrail.  This email will expire in 14 days.
