RYLA 2024 Agenda

Sample RYLA Agenda - 2023

RYLA Check-in:  Friday December 6, 2024 11:00AM-12:30PM - The program will begin promptly at 1:00PM.  Students should plan to bring their own lunch on Friday.

RYLA Check-Out:  Sunday December 8, 2024 11:00AM - Hotel Lobby.  Participants must check with the RYLA Chair before departing.

Attire: Students must wear school approved dress.  This includes no graphic tees, sweatpants, gym shorts, ripped clothing, or crop tops.  Saturday night is formal, students are encouraged to wear dresses, button up shirts, suits or ties.  Throughout the weekend students will be participating in a variety of activities.  Some of these activities may be outdoors.  Students should be prepared for changes in the weather; including snow and rain.

Transportation: Transportation will be provided by your sponsoring Rotary Club.  Your Rotary club contact is responsible for coordinating pickup and drop off times with you.  Parents may transport their child (only) but students are not allowed to drive themselves.  


Expectations:  Please review the Student Code of Conduct.  As a RYLA participant, you set a standard of high ethical values and leadership.  Not only do you represent your school and community, but the Rotary club that has sponsored you.

Cancellations:  By submitting your application, you have committed to participating in the RYLA experience.  If for some reason you are unable to attend, please contact your Rotary club contact as soon as possible.  Late Cancellations will not be accepted after Oct. 31, 2024.
