On Line Application Process
Students requesting to attend RYLA must be pre-approved by a Sponsoring Rotary Club. A list of Rotary clubs can be found on the District 7570 CLub page. Once the student has been approved by the Rotary Club to attend RYLA, they will be provided with a link to complete the online student application form.
Applications must be received by Oct. 15th, 2025. Late cancellations will not be accepted after Oct. 31, 2025. A completed application must include both the signed student and parent assurance form and the student participation form. Those forms should be printed out, signed, and scanned and submitted to the application.
The RYLA Chair evaluates the applications and prioritizes the following criteria:

Participation in Rotary Youth Exchange

Those who have not previously attended RYLA

Representation from different schools and clubs
All RYLA participants must agree to the Student Code of Conduct.
The application is password protected, you will need to get the password from the sponsoring Rotary Club
