On Line Application Process
RYLA Applications will go live on August 12th, 2024
Students requesting to attend RYLA must be pre-approved by a Sponsoring Rotary Club. A list of Rotary clubs can be found on the District 7570 Area page. Once a student has submitted an application, the Rotary contact will receive an email to approve or reject the application. This must be done by October 31, 2024.
Once a student has been approved by their sponsoring club, they will work together with the club's RYLA contact to complete the RYLA Application. Applications must be received by Oct. 14th, 2024. Late cancellations will not be accepted after Oct. 31, 2024. A completed application must include both the signed student and parent assurance form and the student participation form. Those forms should be printed out, signed, and scanned and submitted to the application.
All RYLA participants must agree to the Student Code of Conduct.
